I usually love heading to Chick-fil-a and was so stoked when we finally got one in Portage. It was super good when it first... opened. Lately, it?s gotten so bad. The chicken nuggets are nasty, the fries are half filled, the employees are rude, and I?vehad multiple orders that have been filled incorrectly. The last time I went (9/24/22) I went through the drive through and anemployee was more focused on people watching in the parking lot then taking my order. Pretty disappointed lately. Read more
The food is always fine but I thought for sure the play place would be open (everyone else is) and it?s still closed and blocked... off. Kiddos were super disappointed and we left to go somewhere else for food and fun :( plz put up an expected open date atleast. We are done with masks, we are out of covid, let?s get back to normal. First time here none of us had been to one as or closest ones always had cars around the block The place was clean was well... staffed and were very nice The food was good but none of seen what the hype was. They have a lot of nice food options need seensay a fast food place before but all the various dishes we tried it tasted just like eating at Hardee's. Always good to stop at chick-a-fila. Food is good price is reasonable and the service is awesome. We loved the little library... inside the restaurant . We paid 34$ for four people.The store was super clean and I saw Some was continuously disinfecting thetables . Read more
I?ve been going to Chick Fil A for almost 20 years. And this is one of the most inconsistent locations I?ve been to. The fries... are never filled, lemonade mediocre. The sandwiches are probably the only decent item. Please do better. Thanks Sincerely, AnAvid CFA Eater Read more
Never went to a Chick Fil A before but was not disappointed. The staff is very friendly and we happened to get a free milkshake... since they had made an extra one. Got 3 deluxe sandwiches and they were great. Chicken was juicy and tender and toppings wereall fresh. Would definitely go again and recommend. Read more
Ordered a sandwich here last week through the drivethru. Got halfway home and discovered they had given me a spicy sandwich... instead. Had to call and complain, and they offered to give me a free sandwich the next time I came in. So I ordered breakfastfrom here with hash browns this morning. Drove down the road. There were only 8 hash browns inside! Went back and they gave me14, but demanded I return the old ones. For my time and gas they could at least have let me keep the hashbrowns they would bethrowing out anyway. So I drove down the road and discovered the biscuit was half-baked! In this economy people have choices.They can choose to support businesses that treat them right, or go elsewhere. The manager absolutely refused to allow me to keepthe open package shown in the photo. She's not running a tight ship. She needs some customer service training. Read more
