My experience was somewhat good. I decided to try the chicken sandwich. I wasn't all that impressed. I did ask for extra... mayo,but got a swipe. I found my sandwich dry, tasteless, lettuce was lame, brown. Fries were soft. I should have stuck withtheir burgers, which are great. Culver's did call me, but I'm not looking for anything free or a discount. I will just stickwith their burgers. Read more
I went at 5pm on a Tuesday, they were packed, but I didn't have to wait that long at all. They had plenty of employees, and the... food was pretty good for being fast food. Paid with gift cards the cashier had asked her manager to help her with thetransaction which is understandable and he was very rude to her. Read more
Rebun. Was nothing to write home about all the meat in one spot and kraft. Dressing, and cheese rather thin but in the end not... horrible. Although I didn't order it this time I do love the brisket sandwich. Maybe it was the person putting it together. Icouldn't give them anything less than 4 stars if only because of the Politeness, and cleanliness of the place and the fact thatI know when they work on it they usually have great sandwiches. It is an okay place to eat. Certainly not my first choice but I have to admit the food is very good and the people were nice and... friendly. The restaurant was cleaning the dining room although I didn't venture into the bathroom. When I left though there wasa smell coming from the area and where the bathroom is so I'm not surprised if the bathroom did smell somewhat. Read more
I love coming here when I visit from Canada. I went twice during this trip! Cheese curds are a must, and the chocolate custard... with mixins is also great. A variety of burger/sandwich options and the service is always very friendly. They were quick tocorrect a minor mistake in my order. I'm sure I'll be back again next time I'm in Michigan. Read more
The employees were so patient with my large family and friends when we ordered. Some of us hadn't decided and the cashier was... very patient. Also, my Mom wanted to try a type of custard and they gave her a sample. Very good service! Read more
Culver's is definitely the standard setter for fast food chains. This place is neat, clean and extremely well maintained. The... Staff is great and they all are so well dressed every single time rather than looking like junkies at other competitors. Wealways liked dining-in before Covid-19 changed everything. But they are still doing a great job with their drive thru/curbsidepickup service. The food is always fresh and the shakes are delicious. Unfortunately the Dine-in is still closed.
