The Spaghetti was amazing & Alfredo good as well. We were charged a dollar more than listed on the menu for our side salads with... an entree. We asked for our cheese bread to be served with our salad and it arrived late. The restaurant seating area is verysmall and not enough space between tables. The restaurant is clean and has a large menu selection. The pizza at a nearby tablelooked the bomb. The Bathroom is all handsfree and was clean & nice. Edit: I was contacted by Erbellis to make it right. They reviewed the pictures and agreed the pizzas were over-cooked. They... are mailing us a refund and have made notes in their system to cook our pizzas for a shorter amount of time to avoid burning. Iappreciate when a company has good customer service! We are SO disappointed. Our pizzas arrived burned. We called and askedfor our pizzas to be re-made. They made replacement pizzas and these were also burned. I would have expected some moneyrefunded for our inconvenience, but we were not. $75 order and usually our favorite pizza in town. I am not sure we will beback! Read more

We have never had a bad experience or a bad pie here. This is our premier pizza place. We love the large selection and variety... just wishe we knew when the menu rotates for new pizzas Update: Still a great place tried their "try not to choke on pepperonipizza" it felt lacking could have used another style of pepperoni on top as well Also had the molikai it was a little overlysweet and very pineapple heavy I'd recommend going half the pineapple and counter the sweet with either jalapeños or red pepperflakes Read more

We placed an order online for Saturday night delivery. 2 medium pizzas and 1 gluten free, light to regular cheese. We waited 2... hours to have it delivered though we are only about 5 minutes away, which even though that was a super long wait, it was finebecause I understand they are super busy. We ended up having 4 of our 8 guests leave shortly after the order was placed, so wecalled to have one of the medium pizzas cancelled and was told that was no problem and were given a new total. The pizza arrivedand there were still the 3 pizzas and we had to pay the original total. The delivery guy was super nice about it and said hewould ask to see what could be done about possibly getting a credit since this was an error on Erbelli's part. However, weopened the boxes and there was maybe a pinch of grated cheese on the entire GF pizza (pictures attached). I am the one thatneeded the gluten free and am seriously disappointed that we had to pay $20+ for the pizza and it wasn't even how I asked.Erbelli's, I would like to see about getting refunded or credited for a future order. We love your pizza but this was such apoor experience for us. Update: Lisa Erb responded to this review (promptly, which was great!) instructing me to contact them todiscuss this further. But I have done that twice now, providing my email address, without getting a response from anyone. Thispoor experience has just gotten worse! Very disappointed.
