Called to verify they accepted gift cards and that gift cards were usable at any location, they confirmed that with me. I had... called because the gift card listed a specific location, but as I was assured it was reciprocal I ignored that concern. Orderedpizza for dinner, came to pick it up and was informed they don?t take gift cards at this location. The worst and mostuncomfortable part of all of this is I CAME IN IN PERSON earlier in the day to check the balance of the gift card and place anorder for later pick up (I work next door). Not only could they not tell me the balance, the man working the counter said ifthey couldn?t get the gift card to work, they?d just give the pizza. This is all verbally stated on a closed circuit recordingsystem in their establishment. Upon going to pick up the pizza I?d been thinking about all day I was told they don?t accept giftcards, denied the pizza, and when I explained the situation I was given the oldest excuse in the book, ?must?ve been a newemployee.? Aside from being overpriced and average, the lack of ability to even serve a pizza properly has earned a 1 starreview. Would otherwise give 5 stars if it wasn't for the extremely inconsistent quality as of late. When it's good, it's VERY good.... However when it's not, you'll wish you saved your $ or spent it somewhere else. Sometimes it's just too much $ to be spendingfor a crapshoot. Read more
