Took a long while to receive our food. We had salmon/ shrimp with sweet potato fries, chicken tenders with waffle fries and... salmon with a sweet potato. All of it was lukewarm. The shrimp had actually been sitting a long time because you couldn't peelthe tail from it. The waitress was awesome and needs to find a different job that actually appreciates her! The bathrooms werethe most disgusting bathrooms in a public place besides a disgusting gas station that I've ever seen!! There was literal Brownrings in every toilet. There was at least 2 cm of dirt in corners at the floor where the stall met. There was toilet paper,urine, hair, etc all over the toilets, sinks and mirrors. The bathroom has not seen any type of cleaning in weeks. Scary tothink if the bathroom looks like that, what does the kitchen look like? The health department really needs to go in and checkthis place out. I hope we don't get sick from eating there. Read more
I ordered from the portage Michigan restaurant. I spent $105.53 and left a 13.00 tip. This was an online order to pick up. I... had a steak dinner with a loaded baked potato and Caesar salad. There was no steak sauce, no sides for the loaded baked potatoand no dressing for the salad. I also had a chicken Cobb salad. There was no chicken, no avocado, no eggs and no dressing. Itwas just lettuce, tomato, bacon, carrots and croutons that wasn?t toasted it was garlic bread cut up. I also had a strawberrylemonade and a peach lemonade and both were just plain lemonade. I tried calling the restaurant just to be disconnected allevening. I didn?t return to the store due to distance to travel. I will never do business with this restaurant again. What awaste of $105.53 dollars. I hope they enjoyed their tip that they didn?t deserve. How do you pack a customers order and not knowall this is missing???? Read more
Me and my family have been going to Logan's since I was a teen. Even though prices have gone up since then it's still great. I... have rarely run into any negativity here. Service and food is always quality. Read more
Did not expect a lot but at least was expecting to receive my rolls before my main dish. I asked multiple times for EXTRA butter... but was disappointed when my bread FINALLY came with only one butter. Kept reminding the waitress to refill my drink but it wasnot refilled until I was already done with my meal. I felt like I should've just brought my own butter and drink to consumetime. Read more

Server was very nice and attentive but the food was not desirable. This was my ?well done? 6oz sirloin! I ended up bringing... it home to the dog because It was not acceptable. At least the dog was happy! Read more
Came in for an afternoon drink. My arms stuck to bar top. Restaraunt had a weird odor. Went to lavatory and was appalled at the... state. The management at this location cares nothing about sanitation and investing in the upkeep. Gave theme 2 starts becauseJulian was an outstanding server/bartender! The state of the bar and restaraunt were not his fault. Maybe closing staff wasn'tgiven enough time for maintaining a clean work environment? We ate at Logan's for Veterans Day last year and this year. It was a complete night and day change for the much much much... worse. 1) Last year I was able to get fresh vegetables and a small sirloin. This year it was a bland pulled pork with cannedvegetables. And it doesn't seem like the price went down to justify it. 2) The wait for the food went from tolerable to 90minutes. Our appetizer never arrived even. And my wife's order was served incorrectly on top of that. 3) What the heck happenedthat someone has to stand at the kitchen counter calling out to the chefs for who us going to prepare which order? Why arepeople being micromanaged like that? Corporate, I really hope you guys watch the reviews. Very disappointing to see apreviously good restaurant nosedive in a year's time. Read more
