I went in last week and asked who I thought was the hostess if she had seated a single woman and she said no and I've been here... all day. Then she said well you should go look for her and I said why should I go look for her when you just told me no singlewoman had been seated? Then she rudely let me know she was a waitress not a hostess. When we were seated we had a wonderfulwaiter. The food was delicious as well. Because I'm a nice person, on the way out when I saw that same young woman again I saidwhy I'm sorry if I offended you and she said well you did you hurt my feelings horribly. All she had to do was let me know shedidn't know and she wasn't a hostess. Today I went back in with another friend and there was that same waitress. She began byglaring at me, and then we wound up being seated in her section. I went back up to the host and ask if we could be seatedsomeplace else. He acted like he didn't speak English. So I went back to the seat and sit down and the young woman came in wasvery rude got us drinks and then said what did we want to eat in a very negative tone. Then she accuse me of being a racist. Iwill never go to Los Amigos on Westnedge again. No one should be treated rudely. Read more

Food & service was very good. Los Amigos is one of the few truly gluten free friendly restaurants in the Kalamazoo area.... Atmosphere is only rated a 3/5 because the entire restaurant is very "live" making conversation difficult, especially for thehard of hearing. Read more

I came here once before this time and I was completely impressed both times. The Papas Mexicanas is just divine and I?m totally... obsessed with it. It?s steak fajita meat with peppers and tomatos on cheese fries. The servers are super kind and the food comesvery fast! How could it get better? Read more

Yummy! My son had gotten the nachos with chicken and he loved it!! My friend got shrimp fish platter to make her own taco thing... I got the taco salad fajita style came in side of a crisp wa tortilla bowl!!! And you get served fresh (at least they tasteddamn near fresh) chips with the salsa!! Mind you I could have DRANK the salsa it was so good. It wasn't to chunky and it had asmall kick to it but not to bad to burn. Will go again! Update... Still go back and still never disappointed!!!!! Awesome service and food. We had a table of six, our drinks were always full and our food came out fast right at prime time.

GARBAGE. We ordered delivery and what we received was not what we ordered. We ordered gluten free carnitas and received wheat... flour tacos, We ordered an Al pastor, we received some kinda taco covered in lettuce. We ordered nachos without lettuce, wereceived a side of nacho topping that was mostly lettuce. We asked for pico de gallo and received a very dry salsa. We calledfor a refund and were adamantly refused. I did try the nachos and was in the bathroom in about ten minutes.
