Waited in line for 15min while they were helping a lady make sure her order was correct. Finally got to the counter and they... said you have cash right? We don't except cards right now. I ordered a "half" size nachos tonight. It came in a pie tin. Very disappointing, since the last time I ordered the half, it... came in a small size pizza box. The manager said it has came like that for atleast the last 5 years. I either got lucky andrecieved the small size pizza box the last 15 times or this manager is lying. The young lady who answered the phone when Icalled was super sweet and apologized. She also said that they switched the container about 6 months ago. We had moved and werenot able to order from there in the last 9 months. The manager was condescending and never apologized. It is unlikely we will beback. If I had only talked with the young lady, I would have returned. Caleb snatched the phone from her and as I mentionedbefore was rude and unprofessional. It was because of him that we won't be back. Place wasn't too busy at 6pm on a Wednesday. They took a little while to get our grinders out though but they may have been busy... with deliveries. The grinders were excellent. I'll be back for sure. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Read more
(Edit: We went to Mancino's today 9/16/22 around 8.30 pm. We placed an order over the phone before heading there to save time.... The guy over the phone was plain rude, kept saying he couldn't hear us although we were in an empty parking lot whereas he hadmusic blasting in the background. But he kept telling us he couldn't hear us. Anyways, we went there to pay for the order at theregister and the young guy wearing a hat who appeared to be having a bad day was least interested. He was charging us more forour order, then he made the correction when we had to bring to his notice about the incorrect pricing. He had a big frown on hisface. He came out after few mins and just left the pizza on our table, we said thanks, to which he had no response. While wewere eating, he kept telling something to his co-workers about us and kept staring. He came back to clean other tables, We toldhim the Pizza was nice to which he replied in a rude way "Have a good night". This guy who was running the front registertoday(9/16/22 8.30 pm) has zero customer service skills. We love Mancino's and refrain from writing negative comments about anyplace but this guy was absolutely the worse. He needs a lesson in customer service asap or Mancino's will end up losingcustomers because of his garbage attitude. ) Had heard a lot about Mancino's Pizza. Maybe had it once but It wasn't same assitting in the restaurant Finally went and ordered a Large cheese Pizza for Dine-in. Dine-in is limited because of Covid andthe restaurant was really busy for Carry outs. Had to sit for sometime before we finally got our pizza. But it was totallyworth it. Probably the best Pizza here in Kalamazoo. The Crust, sauce, cheese were perfect. Usually we leave out the crust butthe crust was really tasty and perfectly baked.
