Last week I went through the drive through to get my kids a happy meal and a sweet tea for myself. As we pulled into our next... destination, my son noticed something in the bottom of my drink. It was a finger splint?IN my sweet tea. We?ve contactedcorporate?no response. I called the location, spoke to a manager, and left my name and phone number to be contacted by thefranchise owner. NO response. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. If this happened, what other food safety andsanitation issues are there? Y'all ready don't know what the workers are going through so you have no room to complain granted they are constantly... understaffed get nothing but yelled at from supervisors and and the GM no fair pay. You are only thinking for yourself not theemployees lighten the load they already have to carry. Be nice. Very slow service. No one even acknowledges you when you come in the door. If you need something you have to get their attention... yourself. Very unprofessional atmosphere. Has gone way downhill over the years. Very sad to see this happen. Management is hiredto ensure the establishment run smoothly and the customers are well taken care of.
