Last week I went through the drive through to get my kids a happy meal and a sweet tea for myself. As we pulled into our next... destination, my son noticed something in the bottom of my drink. It was a finger splint?IN my sweet tea. We?ve contactedcorporate?no response. I called the location, spoke to a manager, and left my name and phone number to be contacted by thefranchise owner. NO response. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. If this happened, what other food safety andsanitation issues are there? It?s extremely concerning that there has been no contact by the franchise owner. I would recommendavoiding this location no matter the inconvenience. Read more
How any McDonald's in the area even profits anymore is beyond me. Terrible people, ALWAYS mistakes, sloppy food. Employees: this... is not how you earn $15/hr. Management: Stop hiring children and drug users. Corporate: Stop hiring management with severe braindefects. It starts at the top. A staff of 2-3 is faster than 8-10. It shouldn't be that way. Y'all ready don't know what the workers are going through so you have no room to complain granted they are constantly... understaffed get nothing but yelled at from supervisors and and the GM no fair pay. You are only thinking for yourself not theemployees lighten the load they already have to carry. Be nice. When they ask you to wait "we don't have enough people" believewhen they say they don't have enough people. Because they hire hire hire but nobody want to stay. SO BE KIND AND LIGHTEN THELOAD. Food was fresh, but the drive through service, poor. The second window attendant handed me my food, I said Hello, she said,... nothing. Handed me my food with a frown. I said have a good day, she said nothing. What ever happened to a smile, a hello,anything? Read more
They charged me for the person's order in front of me, the cashier said he mixed up the orders. When he realized it wasn't my... order they said they refunded the order. I bought less then 5.00 in food. I was charged for 25.00 worth of food. The money wasnot refunded, and when I demanded that they give me my money back they said it will be on my card, I asked them if they weregoing to pay my over draft fee, because they overdrew my checking account and the manager told me the money is refunded. Fastforward 3 days the money is not refunded. When I asked for a receipt they said They didn't have receipt paper and haven't in 3weeks. I asked them to write out a receipt then, they acted as if I was further wrong like they didn't technically just steal mymoney, and.want me to just accept it. I'll never go to McDonald's again. First of all, after reading the other reviews, I should feel grateful that the experience wasn't worse! Long drive thru time,... used a code for free coffee which a) code didn't get used b)coffee looked and tasted like it was 8 hours old...but,finally founda McDonald's that the ice cream machine wasn't broken,so ordered the new chocolate pretzel caramel mcflurry...got a cup of icecream with a few pieces of pretzels, no caramel. Much better the Checkers ! Food here was better then Checkers by a mile. All restaurants are professional liars as you can see... by what fake pictures of the food the show on TV. McDonald's is exactly the same way. Nothing looks near like in TV.Checkers..compare Big Buford on TV to this pic of what I got. McDonald's look more consistent. Very slow service. No one even acknowledges you when you come in the door. If you need something you have to get their attention... yourself. Very unprofessional atmosphere. Has gone way downhill over the years. Very sad to see this happen. Management is hiredto ensure the establishment run smoothly and the customers are well taken care of. Someone should inform the managers there ofwhat their job title entails. Read more
