Came through the drive-through at 5:45 expected to have a small wait. Got up to the window, they had me pull into one of the... parking spots, not necessarily a big deal except there were 6 other cars pulled into parking spots that haven't gotten theirfood yet. I specifically ask if all of the cars were waiting for their food and she said yes, so I asked her how long it wouldbe and she said about 10 minutes. This is the busiest time of night and they don't have food made & ready for customers. Such adisappointment. Read more
Absolutely terrible customer service. No one ever came to take my order. I stood at the front alone with no one else there for... well over 5 minutes with zero acknowledgement of my existence there.
