Service was very slow, ordered food through the kiosk and I waited so long, I could have went thru drive thru faster. I think... they forget about the dining room for people that dont want to go thru drive thru. Read more

Came through the drive-through at 5:45 expected to have a small wait. Got up to the window, they had me pull into one of the... parking spots, not necessarily a big deal except there were 6 other cars pulled into parking spots that haven't gotten theirfood yet. I specifically ask if all of the cars were waiting for their food and she said yes, so I asked her how long it wouldbe and she said about 10 minutes. This is the busiest time of night and they don't have food made & ready for customers. Such adisappointment. Read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. No one ever came to take my order. I stood at the front alone with no one else there for... well over 5 minutes with zero acknowledgement of my existence there. I was determined to quench my thirst with a beverage, butleft disappointed with no purchased. Worst experience at McDonald's ever! Read more

If you like being ignored and treated like you are bothering the staff by simply existing, this is the place for you. After 15... minutes, they DID get the order right, even if they did just shout my number and hold the bag out for me without a smile orcare. No words, no interaction, just a feel of "get your food and get out, I've got more important things to do" Read more

I do not recommend this experience. First of all, there were only about 5 cars in front of us, yet the line took about 30... minutes. Second, when we got to the window the employee giving us our drinks was wearing very long fake nails with no gloves on,a little concerning. We ordered two large fountain drinks, not a hard order in the slightest. BOTH drinks were messed up, weordered Dr. Pepper for the first drink yet received Pepsi, then we ordered Orange Hi-C for the second drink and received somedisgusting orange pop drink. Not pleased. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich Deluxe and this is what they gave me smh. They didn?t put tomatoes on my sandwich and when I pulled... back up to ask why they told me they were all out of tomatoes so I asked for a sandwich replacement because of the bread qualityand the guy told me I couldn?t get a replacement that the sandwich looks fine to him and was also very rude to me.
