Worst pand express I've ever been to. Whoever orders food for this location should be fired as they are always out of stock on... half the menu. I don't ever leave bad reviews after 3 for 3 my food being awful from here it was time. I love panda express butthis location is not it avoid at all cost. Not enough meat in their dishes but with the cost of everything being so insane and their prices already being too high I guess... I would rather deal with skimpy meat rather than another price increase. Service was great and food was prepared quickly with nomistake. They were out of the dish I originally wanted as well as the initial choice of beverage due to a late delivery andnothing offered to compensate but at least they weren't out of everything. Read more
I've been to the one in grand rapids a few times and I've always been satisfied. I saw we were getting one in portage and had... high hopes and I even gave them a year to work out the kinks before I visited. The orange chicken had good flavor. I usuallylove the noodles but here I got bone dry noodles. They usually come with some sort of oil tossed on them, but not mine. I thengot up to pay and the guy told me they weren't accepting cash...what place doesn't accept cash? Anyways, if I would have readthe reviews before coming here I would have just eaten at panda dynasty instead. They always have fresh and consistently greatfood. Read more
Out of everything I wanted and it was 530 prime dinner time??!! Read back my order and still wrong. Paid extra for shrimp I... never got. I could get past mistakes but the staff, particularly Jordan, was very short, rude, and confrontational. I?ve nevercalled customer service in my life until today. I lived in Mesa Arizona for eighteen years, wife and I ate at a Panda Express there nearly two or three times a week. The food... there was great and hot. Extremely organized and clean. Employees were very friendly and helpful. This one totally opposite.Cold food,no tray. Orange chicken seemed dark,like was burnt. Food was not as good as Mesa. Sorry, I will not return to thisone. Amazing what passes for food these days, I've eaten at many Chinese style food places, and Panda Express does not satisfy, it... is dog food! Except I like my dogs too much to feed them this site. The chicken is not real chicken meat, it is that rubberyprocessed "chicken" meat like substance. I had the ready to go stuff, perhaps their made to order is better but I will probablynever know... This food was beyond gross, and become chicken food ???? the noodles were not cooked all the way, the chicken rubbery (honestly... it tasted like a TV dinner at best) I was kind of shocked because I absolutely love the one near Troy, mi. Service was rushedand rude ,I get they may be short staffed but never ever again. I'd rather pay more than the $20 I spent on this and actuallyeat it. Read more
This place always gives the least amount of meat in everything. The prices are outrageous for what you get. I got the broccoli... beef in the drive through line, get home and I have 12 spears of broccoli (mostly stem of course) and literally these 3 piecesof beef. They try to pass it off saying that broccoli is first so that's what you get the most of (same with string bean chickenwhich gives you all beams and few chicken) which is just an excuse to charge a ton and spend little on ingredients.
