Don?t come here unless you want to get sick? ???? rotten avocado, undercooked eggs & chicken. This isn?t even what my husband... ordered, he was supposed to get an avocado, egg white & spinach breakfast sandwich. Had to go inside to ask for our money backand the people ahead of us were doing the same. The manager was also argumentative. Save your time & money! Read more
Expect an HOUR wait for a salad and a drink. Curbside convince fee is a scam they don't ever bring out. Bag just sits waiting on... counter. Past THREE times.(seriously..) Curbside person served everyone else in the lots. I'm sitting there solo longer thananyone else so obviously I'm waiting for curbside pickup...then the curbside person never comes back out after everyone else hasbeen served. so after me waiting ANOTHER 10 minutes I walk inside and *bam* right there on the counter is my bag. The curbsideperson ofcourse is now no where to be found. So Panera charges me 1$ to wait in my own car and walk in and get it myself? I likePanera but it Straight garbage at this location. Ordered 11:45 got my food 12:45 so much for anyone who's on lunch being able toget back on time that's a new record low of my experience. Read more
$22 (+$1 tip) for self service and this? People, get breakfast somewhere else. Since this Panera moved I have only had regretful... experiences in coming here. Also, the wi-fi is incredibly slow so trying to do any work activities on a laptop is impossible. Read more
I like the old Panera better. I have not been to Panera in many years. I got the everything bagel with onion and chive cream... cheese. The cream cheese actually taters like spinach artichoke dip for some reason. It's also reduced fat. It was not good atall. The bagel was awesome. I also had a hazelnut coffee which was pretty good. Another complaint is they use fancy lookingplastic stirrers which I'm not a fan of plastic and see this as a waste. It was clean and the employees were super friendly andsmiley. Read more
I absolutely hate writing bad reviews, but the wait time was ridiculous. I waited 45 minutes for one item. I understand being... short staffed, but the last few times I have been to this location, the wait has been getting longer and longer. They need tobetter communicate with their customer of wait times. It might also be helpful to turn off ordering on the app if they are goingto continue to operate like this. It?s clear that the staff was overwhelmed and it was just a bad experience for everyoneinvolved. Read more
I'm trying to eat more healthy so I went to Panera. I will have to say they have the best salads. Today I ordered the chicken... poppy seed salad. It was so fresh and lite and delicious. All the fruit in the salad was fresh and tasty. I know, I should haveorder the side apple but...I love their bread. Hey, I did order the 1/2 salad. I can't go healthy all at once. Read more
Rapid Pick-Up?not so rapid. I tried the curbside service tonight and after waiting 15 minutes the person in the car next to me,... who had been waiting longer than me, got out of their car and went inside to get their food. Then about 5 minutes later, theperson in the car to my right got out and went inside. Keep in mind?we were all waiting for curbside service. After I had waiteda total of 25 minutes, I finally went inside to check on my order. They then told me they could have my food ready in 5 minutes,which actually took another 10. I understand that everyone is understaffed but don't offer curbside if you don't have thestaffing to do it properly. 35 minutes to dish up two soups and a mac n cheese is ridiculous!! Read more
