The place is too small, apparently not enough staff or something. Ordered online ahead, thought we took too long to get there... for pick-up but ended up having to wait behind 12 other people in a tiny packed lobby for another 25 minutes to get a 1 pizza.Total time from ordering online to getting our pizza was 1.5 hours. Definitely not organized or being supported by corporate atall. Never again. Read more
We ordered pizza from papa johns, they said it would come through door dash and that will arrive by 8 pm I ordered it at 6. IT... IS 10:30 AND OUR PIZZA GOT LOST IN THE MAIL TWICE!!! I HATE DOORDASH. We tried to reorder it and papa johns said it will be atmy house soon, but at 10:30 they called me and cancelled my order and gave me a refund. This cost 50 dollars. Read more
You cannot call your neighborhood Papa John's. There's a national call center but no one answers. My special instructions to... have my pizza well done or crisp were not followed. Lack of pepperoni no sauce or cheese. Tasted like a $6 frozen Digiorno pizzathat I ended up paying $10 for; what a deal. Was asked before I even l tasted it to give a tip. A tip for myself having to calland call to get someone to answer who couldn't speak English and took three or four minutes to take my order and try to upsellme for a bigger size and cheese bread and sauces. Ordered multiple pizzas and cheese bread. Delivery driver showed up with the complete wrong order. Then never contacted the... store to get the order remade. 40 minutes after they showed up with the wrong order still no pizzas. Called store and was put onhold then the person got an attitude and said they are just canceling our order. Worst service from a place with subpar pizza tobegin with. Read more

Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a Pizza Place. Was picking up for someone else and the order wasn't ready. The... employee at the counter appeared to be sleepy and not interested. Asked her what time the store closes and she was hesitantlyanswered 10 pm. So we wanted to order a Pizza for ourselves. As soon as we went ahead to place our order some other girl fromthe back said that they have stopped taking Carry out orders. Who stops taking orders a whole Hour and 15 mins before the storecloses?. On top of that there were 4 employees working. Finally the other order was ready and I noticed 3 boxes instead of 2 soI asked her if It's the right order to which she appeared surprised. Apparently she handed me the wrong order even withoutchecking. She then went back and got the right order. Seriously won't be coming back here. Read more
2nd time I've ordered from them. First experience very good no complaints. This time however, the pizza looked as if it had been... used as football and just thrown around. On top of that, I ordered it with extra cheese and it barely has any on it, and thecenter of the pizza is over cooked. Read more
