I'm opening with the negative. It was dirty. This is not a reflection of the quality of staff however. The 3 employees worked... there tail off to serve a constant line past the door for our entire visit. Even when I can tell they were burnt out and tiredthey were still pleasant. The company needs to give their staff a raise and higher starting pay to get more people in. Withoutstaff you can't run a good business. Read more
If 0 stars was an option, that?s what i would have left. My boyfriend, daughter and myself came in tonight and we?re just so... disappointed. The person assembling orders wiping her nose while putting them together? just wow. She then argued with me abouta side of rice and proceeded to put it in a sauce cup when we asked for a small bowl. At the end, she didn?t put the rest of ourfood in the bag, and didn?t give me chips for the nachos, i had to ask someone else. I?ve never had an issue with this locationever before, but tonight was our last trip there. I will be genuinely surprised if we don?t get food poisoning. Let me know whatpetition i need to sign to replace Qdoba with Pancheros. Read more
The portion was super small. I feel like I payed for a burrito and got a tortilla. Do not go here, they give you nothing for... your money. I almost laughed when they gave me the price at the end. Read more
I used to love coming here. Now, every time I come here, they seem to be out of beans. Super frustrating, and they don't even... offer a discount for the inconvenience. They also got rid of the assorted pop machine and got a regular fountain machine.There's also water dripping onto the customers while they order. Just all around SO dissapointing. Outstanding!!! We're from WI driving through MI and decided to stop here. I'm a huge Qdoba guy and this is the best one we have... been to. The place was a bit busy at 12:30pm, but that's expected. Cholula chicken was cooked spot on and seasoned perfectly.All toppings fresh. Chips were fresh and had just the right amount of lime salt, amazing. What topped it of was a lovely blondewoman working. Didn't have a name tag. Amazing customer service from her. How refreshing it was to have someone that knew whatthey were doing and genuinely liked what she was doing. Great attitude. I've been to Qdoba's all over the country. This one,hands down had the best food and service. Thanks! Read more
This is the WORST Qdobas and when I say worst I mean the absolute worst we?ve ever been to! We stoped in for a late dinner... after a long day. The place had water all over the floor form condensation of the pipes with no wet floor sign or anyonecleaning it up, and there were 5 people behind the counter. There was food all over the work stations like it hadn?t beencleaned all day or in days. The girl who was making the food you could tell had a chip on her shoulder and didn?t want to bethere. Didn?t put what you asked for on the food. Was kinda just throwing the food in to the bowls. You just know she wanted outand of that place. (here shift was over 10 mins after we got there ). None of the food was hot. I don?t mean it was a littlewarm, it was straight cold. Like it was sitting out for hours. The place was filthy. Not one table didn?t have food all over itlike a school of toddlers came in and had a food fight and then left. We didn?t get asked for our rewards and wasn?t offered areceipt. Our family love's Qdoba?s but under NO circumstance would we come back to this Location?. Ever! If you think you wantsome of there food, do yourself a favor and go to a different Location. Read more
