Owner?s left a girl here by herself. Older lady in front of us with a cane waited 10 minutes to get served. Should have at least... two people on staff. Between drive through and walk up the employee did a great job. The owner's let her down. Read more

I have always loved Ritter's, but on one of the hottest days of the year I took my 12 lb dog to share some custard. I asked for... one of the small sundae bowls with just about 1/4 cup of water. They refused! For the prices they charge, they could not spare asmall styrofoam cup with water for my dog? Not a good way to endear and respect your faithful customers. Read more
