Steak n? Shake is? Steak n? Shake. You go there to eat, chat, and not spend a lot. It?s good for what it is. When you walk in... you can order on kiosks- this may be difficult for people who are not tech savvy. There were also limited options when it cameto the menu (I?m not sure if it was down-sized.) We ordered the single bacon cheeseburger with fries and a milkshake- themilkshake was a +2.00 up charge. Our total was $19 for two people- not bad. I wish the parking lot was larger! Read more
We have always liked this place but it was a disappointment Saturday evening. The hamburg's and fries are still good but no... waitresses or waiters everything is done on kiosk's and when they call your name you go up and get it. With no ketchup for friesunless you go up and ask. What gets me is kiosk's ask for a tip. Sorry no tip Read more
Not so happy with kiosk ordering, just takes time to get used to. Others struggled also. Had a butter steak burger, which was... good. Not as happy with the fries. Very few more than an inch long. Little stubby fries. Also a vanilla milkshake, very good. Read more
I wasn't even sure if this place was open when we pulled in, the condition of the parking lot and sidewalk should have been a... clue to keep it moving. After spending 28 dollars on 2 hamburgers, 2 fries and 2 shakes, we at least expected our order to becorrect. Being literally the only customers, getting the toppings that were missing from our burgers was quick! 1 small tomatoslice and 2 cold slices of bacon were handed to us. Cold bacon, yay! The rest of the time the only thing I could think about washow you have to tip BEFORE your order is even seen by the kitchen! 1 star was given because we like tipping for self service andthe food did not make us sick! Absolutely horrible service will never ever eat there again. No napkins no straws. When I got my food it was wrong and manager... came to the window and argued that we never told her. The girl at the Window never said hello can I take your order or repeatedour order. Told us our order was one amount charged another amount. Very very not friendly place. They sucked. Food is consistent and good, especially the steak burgers and milkshakes. I think management has abandoned the hospitality... element of dine-in altogether. Full kiosk/tablet service, streamlined menu, and no customization. Dining in felt like eating atan abandoned establishment. Read more
The burger I received was picturesque and tasted great. Steak ?n Shake is my favorite fast food restaurant. The pricing is... unbeatable in comparison to other fast food restaurants and the quality is amazing, especially considering the price. Read more
Haven't been to S&S since covid. Kiosk ordering worked flawlessly. Food was great! Staff were very nice. I do miss the real... dishes though. Otherwise, worth the visit to this resturant!! Read more
