Husband just went to pick up our food order. He called me to let me know our order needed to be made but would not let me know... why over the phone. I thought someone had took the pickup order from the area. He calls me to let me know that no one made theorder and the person that forgot to make the order laughed about the bread requested not being available. Somehow he forgot tomake the order but my status in the app said it was ready for pickup. My husband said the individual ?found? the ticket in thetray after he pretended to look in the pickup area for an order he knew he didn?t make. My husband said when he walked in theywere already putting food away at 7:21pm and they didn?t close until 8:00pm. I would have requested a refund if I knew what hadhappened but highly doubt they would have processed the refund correctly if they couldn?t remember to make a sandwich and thenlie about making it on the app. No apologies were given. We ordered four sandwiches this evening. The Turkey Italiano had no meat, and half of one of the tuna sandwiches was just... bread. Save your money, don?t go to this Subway. Read more

Two of your employees at this location were excellent. However, one of your employees'Jess ' kept pulling down her mask. She... actually pulled down her mask and rubbed her nose while making my sandwich. I stopped her and asked the other two to throw thatsandwich away and start again. The other two workers promptly threw away the sandwich and started over and made my sandwich in ahygienic way, which resolved my own situation, but then Jess proceeded to help the customer behind me while her mask was downonce again and rubbed her ear with her gloved hand that she had previously rubbed her nose with (no new gloves). Yuck. Made meworry as well about how much she has been working with the ingredients. Given that this location will not allow customers inwithout a mask, Jess' behavior creates a very bad perception and a potentially dangerous situation during a deadly pandemic. Read more

Was going to stop in for lunch today 6/28/2020. Before I even opened the door I noticed the employee behind the counter was not... wearing a mask. There?s is a pandemic going on in this country and it is simply unacceptable to be open for business and notdoing your best to protect your patrons. I just turned around and walked away. No mask no business from me and my money. Read more

I went in for Subway's new Turkey and Bacon Sub. I was informed that they didn't have any prepped. As a former fast food... employee I took this two ways. That my food would either take a while to prepare or I couldn't get it. I don't believe thelatter is acceptable. At the very least I should have been given an apology. The staff member that helped me also had thesniffles and looked too sick to perform her job. When ordering food I would like to be helped by someone not wiping her nose onher shoulder. Read more
