Dining room closed, drive through service only. I am not going to order Timbits without seeing them, I take the ones that look... fresher. If Tim Hortons wants to be a drive thru only, then I might as well go to Dutch Bros. Everytime I come to this location, it closes 10-15 minutes earlier than the time displayed. You can also see the employees are... clearly inside loitering. Read more
INSIDE IS CLOSED Would be nice to have the posted other than in small print on a singular door. I understand as a business it's... less money since you don't need to clean or hiring people to maintain it but as a parent with kids it's nice to get out of thecar and get some service out of me serving up my money. Your staff was polite and professional but management and ownershipshould truly evaluate your reasoning for "COVID closures" be honest not just find an excuse. Read more
Whenever I get back to Michigan this is one of my favorite stops. However this trip was not that special. The dining room was... closed (I guess because of staffing) so we chose the drive-thru. I received my order and drove off, only to realize they forgotmy hash browns. What they did prepare was okay but nothing like I remember. The quality of the food has diminished. Read more
The best Tim Hortons in the area and by far the best Tim Hortons I've ever visited. I routinely drive the extra 6 miles to this... location and 4 miles back despite having a more convenient location that's practically on my way home from work. Why? Becausethey ALWAYS get my order correct, they actually follow their posted hours. The staff is always very friendly and they get myorder out quickly every time even though I don't order any coffee or doughnuts, muffins or bagels that were "made in advance."This is a phenomenal example of why the Tim Hortons franchise became so prevalent in Michigan. I heard the coffee is very famous in USA and Canada, I was in USA, I had to try the coffee. The coffee was just awesome, served... at perfect temperature, a must try for everyone. Also had Chocolate Dip Donut, it was good too? Drive thru service was fast andeasy? Read more
