Wish I could leave no stars!! Had to wait over 30 minute for some soup and a cold sandwich. Sandwich bread was old and hard,... soup had very little noodles and veggies in soup, and didn't see any chicken, would never called it a chicken noodlesoup. Definitely believe the staff needs more training, they were not focused on completing orders or taking care of customers. Read more
Came in just to order a bowl of soup. I waiting in the lobby for 38 mins!!! Not sure they?re aware but it?s premade soup and... it just goes in a bowl. Waited around while sandwiches were cooked but nothing was being done for others. Don?t waste your timego to Olive Garden better food faster service. Took 10 minutes until I was able to place my order in store. Two people working, one went in the back, and the other working on... orders, not acknowledging that I was at the counter ready to order. Once I ordered, it took 20 minutes to get my food, and theyforgot the protein in my broth bowl, nobody in line ahead of me. Didn?t seem like they were in a hurry, or apologetic for thedelay. I love Zoup. This location was scuzzy tho. The soup vats were all crusty. I picked my soup that looked the least disgusting on... the sides. Poorly untrained staff. Management needs to take their job more seriously. If I was from corporate and saw theconditions? We?d be having many discussions. Needs better representation. Took my wife to zoups in portage.Was our fist time trying this establishment. I have to say we were very disappointed. The... lobster bisque tasted old. The chicken potpie soup tasted like a water downed corn chowder also very little taste. Thesandwiches were all bread nothing to the meat or subway style beacon. For the price we will not be back.The service was thereason for 2 stars. They were very helpful. But the food was terrible. Read more
Ordered Zoup! Today for delivery and only got my soup and not my bread, which isn?t a big deal I tried calling to the store but... it just lists the soups of the day and hangs up. There?s no way to get ahold of anyone online or calling. Very disappointed Ican?t have my bread with my soup. Read more
