My dbl whopper was warm and the FF were very hot. The store manager came to check how satisfied we were.

Only people in the place and the fries were barely warm and I think there is more moisture in the desert then what my sandwich... had. I understand many business are having trouble finding workers, but this is no excuse to give sub par service and food topaying customers. Read more

Their Whoppers with cheese are excellent! Really better than you get at most restaurants bar food. The tomato lettuce and... mayonnaise added makes it complete! I love them! My concern is I had to wait so long in the car line because they're short ofstaff. Not only that they close at 7:00 at night which is really early. I pulled in the drive-thru at 5 minutes to 7:00 andcould not get served because they said they were closed! I would have given a five-star review if it had not been for the thewait and early close situation! Read more

I never thought I would say Burger King is nasty, but at the risk of sounding like a ?Karen?, this one was. I ordered a whopper... meal and nuggets and we started eating as soon as we pulled off. Nothing was hot. The whopper burger was lukewarm and floppy, almost no taste and just seemed microwaved (every other BK I?ve been to has grilled them), the fries were cold and soggy and mysons nuggets were about room temperature. Honestly gross. Should have gone to Taco Bell. That?s always hot and good. Read more

I went to this BK for lunch today. I ordered a small Whopper meal. The menu said those are $8.04. I was charged and paid... $9.49. After paying I questioned 2 employees about the price. I did not add cheese and verified a "small" combo was rung in. Both employees told me this has been an ongoing problem since they opened (around a year ago) and no matter how many times theytell "them" nothing changes. Next the female employee asked me to go online and fill out the survey to communicate the problem. I agreed to do so, took a picture of the posted menu and my receipt. I then asked for a refund of the difference. Roughly$1.45. She said, "I cannot give you a refund. That is between you and "them". I have no idea who "them" is, but I did own andmanage a retail business for 29 years. I know exactly who to call and talk to about this. I will be doing so. For me this isnot about my $1.45, but the hundreds if not thousands of people they have overcharged since opening. I won't go back and youshouldn't either. They are blatantly ripping off their customers and doing nothing to make it right. No one should have totrack "them" down. Now I will have the state deal with them and their shady business practices. The end! Read more

The Impossible Whopper looked just as it was advertised, tasted just as good. Fast service and a nice looking location as well.... Only complaint is that the dining area is closed, but that seems to be the case at all the locations nearby. Read more
