Stopped for late lunch on 9/5/22. Very hungry. Opted for the mushroom swiss burger because i had had it before. The cooks in the... kitchen need to be retrained on this sandwich. I wasnt quite eqpecting a SINGLE MUSROOM and Swiss burger. This is what i got.Prety disappointed. Expected better from a culvers that is usually good. Read more
Seems every time I go there quality gone down hill. Lettuce on sandwiches 3 little flakes of Lettuce and tiny tomato on a... smashed bun. Top it off we have to ask were our shakes are when the bring out the food. Place use to be top notch quality. Stillcustomer service is awesome. But paying 50 dollars every time I go there I would think it would be consistent. Read more

Nice hamburgers and cheese curds with choice of Pepsi products and their in house recipe Rootbeer and their frozen custard. Made... to order so some waiting is needed. The only problem with this location was the is was not very conveniently located from theintestate exit. Read more
The burger my mother received was not a regular Culver's burger. There was no crust on the patty. The French fries were oily,... soggy, and mostly inedible. A strawberry shake purchased was also inedible, as the strawberry used was not ground fine enough,and plugged the straw. I ordered it last, and was driving home so the only option for eating the shake was a straw.Impossible. It was not a typical Culver's visit. There were about 15 crew members on. The younger ones were messing around liketeenagers do, all in sight of the manager who was expediting orders. Read more
19 minute wait for a cold burger. I?ve eaten at a lot of Culver?s locations but have always had a good to great experience until... I visited this location. I ordered a typical burger and value basket and 14 minutes later (based on the time on my receipt), itwas brought to me in a tray. I stated that I wanted it to go. I was never asked if my order was to go or dine in when my orderwas taken and I forgot to mention it. The staff member took my food to the back counter and told another staff member that itneeded to be bagged to go. That staff member ignored my meal and bagged other food. Finally, the original staff member who tookmy order took the tray out for a lap around the dining area before finally finding me waiting up front and asking if I actuallywanted it to go. I stated I did and my meal was finally bagged and given to me 19 minutes after my order was placed. I did orderduring the dinner rush but even still, I find this service unacceptable, especially compared to the stellar service I canusually expect from Culver?s. Read more
Excellent customer service ! I chatted with what I was guessing was a late teenaged boy and he was QUITE pleasant, engaging and... helpful. Two thumbs up for that, which certainly stands out in what generally seems to be a somewhat apathetic workforce (though not at Culver's). Read more
Why would anyone order a deluxe sandwich and then ask for it plain? Apparently the drive thru order taker didn't think that was... odd and didn't bother to ask or confirm. Kinda seems like an intentional mistake cuz hey they get paid by the hour so why not doeverything you can to drive away business. Read more
