When asking for extra stuff on the side they forget it every time, also when you ask for all dark meat, they still add a breast,... especially in the 4 piece combo meal. They never seen to comp you when they mess up. Go to Tacobell at least they Comp you ontheir mistake. Read more
The manager lady today..(pink shirt blonde hair) SUPER nice and helpful and a staff that obviously respects her. Great... experience. Oh tables need to be wiped down a little quicker but they seemed pretty short staffed. Read more
Ordered a side lover's with 8 piece, mash & gravy, mac&cheese and fries and a extra mash&gravy and got 8 piece 2 mash 1 gravy... and cold slaw no mac&cheese no fries. Tried to call the store no answer do not have time to drive back to the restaurant Read more
We visited this KFC on Friday, June 17, 2022. It was the worst experience ever! Went through the drive-thru and was asked to... go around to the parking lot and they would bring out our food (tender combo meal and chicken sandwich meal). Waited about 15minutes and had to go in along with the man in the vehicle next to me. After about ten minutes his order was straightened outand I was still waiting. Three separate inside orders were placed while I was waiting also. I talked to three separate peopleabout my order and after 40 minutes they finally figured out that my order was somehow deleted from their board in back. Stillhad to wait for french fries to get done and then got our order. Barely lukewarm tenders, no dipping sauce (even though Iordered two), asked for ketchup and got three little packets. The manager never came forward to speak to me and maybeapologize. I could have easily went to Kwik Trip across the street, got my chicken and been back on the road - we had two morehours to travel. I ordered the chicken sandwich and fries. The dining room was clean. The staff seemed irritated to be working. But, over all... professional. The sandwich had way too much mayo. I didn?t finish it. My son loves French fries but he didn?t finish themeither. I would stick to regular chicken or the strips. Read more
Place was empty except for us 3. Dining room was dirty considering how slow they were. Trash cans full. Windows filthy. Many... tables dirty. All the staff were busy talking and none were even trying to clean. One lady had over 2 dozen large mashedpotatoes on the counter and was filling more. The 10 piece meal was what we ordered. The thighs still had the tails attached.The chicken seemed soggy. The breast had a large bald spot on it where there was no breading. Mashed potatoes were luke warm.The biscuits were ok. The girl did even ask us about drinks so she gave us a glass which was nice. Bathroom was really filthy inmens room and smelled of urine. The girl who can out while we were eating used one rag to spray yellow bottle on table and wipedeverything on the floor and also used the rag on the seats. The entire time we were there no one did any cleaning except whatlittle attempt the girl did out in the dining room. Trash on the floor as well. I did take a few pics regarding the personfilling dozens of potatoes on the counter and the bald spots on the chicken. The gravy was all over the outside of the containerand made a mess and had to was hands again. Outside around building had trash as well. No one wore any gloves entire time wewere there despite working with food. No guests dined in the entire time we were there. I hope the upper Management fixes theunsanitary conditions and unsafe food handling that was shown to us while we were there.
