The dinning room closes at 7pm even on Friday! We ended up ordering food to go, we ordered cheesy garlic bread and ended up... with breadsticks with cheese on them - not the same! The pizza was good but just not the same at home as in the restaurantwhere you can eat it while it is still steaming hot and where someone else cleans the dishes and the table. Read more

Far to busy due to the football game. I think all of Portage was ordering pizza. I was told half an hour for pizza for pick up.... Took an hour. Was dried out and cold by the time I got it. I was in the restaurant business, if you are super busy, make thesingle and get it out. I'm pretty sure it was done in the half hour but they waited to get get the bigger orders out first. I love pizza hut some of the best pizza you will ever have, and convient that they will deliver to my job site . The only... downside I've experienced is on busy nights their calls do not go directly to location they go somewhere else that anytime I getthem they get my order wrong or not out in at all. One time they gave me some lady who didn't even speak English and I couldn'torder at all. Other than that it's excellent. Also offer lunch buffet. Read more
Our food tasted good and our order was correct. Unfortunately, we had scheduled for a 6pm pick up time and our food wasn't... ready until after 6:30. We had increased fuel cost with the over 30 minute added idle time in the parking lot waiting and hadthe ice cream we had purchased completely melt. It would have been far cheaper to pay for delivery. Read more
Gave 5 stars last week.. this week 3 .. it's not very hard to follow simple instructions especially when it's on the app.. oh... well.. wish there were a better alternative for pizza around the area...? Oh wait there is... Mine!! Read more
