Used to be good food but they got rid of the sweet onion sauce which was my favorite, threw off alot of my subs. I also know a... few people that worked there and they warned me not to even apply, I should have listened, the employees there aren't even theproblem, it's the branch manager, so there's nowhere to go higher but corporate, they're prejudice against anyone with a mentaldisability, zero tolerance policies, and zero understanding, they treat their staff like robots and just don't care, they eventurned away applicants when they desperately need employees because they're just intolerant. Went in tonight spent 60 dollars getting our family of 5 subs to come home and have hair in our subs .
6pm Tuesday 8/16/22 Subway was super busy, but the 3 girls were fast and had there positions down. I didn't see them make a... single mistake and I don't think anyone else could have been more efficient. These girls deserve a lot of credit and Subwayshould be proud to have them as employees. Portage Subway is always fire I've been going to this location for a couple decades and never had a complaint. Always fresh,... always good, the bread is phenomenal. The ONLY issue I've ever had was once when I went in there at 8pm they had no bread exceptfor wheat (the only bread they offer that I don't like) which I thought was a huge fumble for a sandwich shop. One of the VERYfew establishments in portage that is good eating and stays consistent with the taste and quality. 6 stars if I could give it. Read more

Very good Subway restaurant, very friendly staff providing excellent service, they are very courteous and do their best to make... you happy with the sub that you will like. Definitely recommend visiting this Subway. It's very close to the highway accessible,there are quite many restaurants n gas stations in the same area. Read more
I ordered the turkey bacon guacamole wrap ( which is my usual) according to subway it should have double the meat ( mine only... had 6 slices of turkey and originally she only put 2slices of bacon) they totally forgot the provolone cheese. It was a newbatch of workers than before, they need to be trained what goes in the wraps. Read more
We went to the Subway on New Pinery in Portage for lunch today, 11-12-22. We got 2-6" subs, and 1-flatbread wrap. My wife got an... apple juice. She thought it tasted and looked different, but she hadn't had that brand in awhile. When we left I went and gother a drink somewhere else. We took the juice home thinking our daughter would drink it. We looked at the label when we gothome, it was expired a month and 9 days before. It had spoiled and it was right in front in their cooler. They should bechecking their stock. As customers, we assume the store/restaurant isn't providing us with spoiled goods. Someone could getvery, very sick. ???? As you can see in the picture provided, the color is off and clearly the juice is passed its expirationdate. Read more
