Loved it, we relaxed and enjoyed our time there. I felt bad they didn't have all there positions filled and were trying so hard... to serve everyone but it wasn't stressful, worth the wait as the food was delicious! Only thing to imo was Bar staff were busymaking lots of ice cream drinks and the blender noise was really loud so I wish that was done in kitchen instead but otherwiseit was perfect! Read more
Service was okay, ribs were fall off the bone delicious and the sweet potato was moldy. I mentioned the sweet potato was moldy... to the waitress (showed it to her) and she replied, "We just got them in yesterday". Perhaps, but the potato was clearly moldyand wrapped in tin foil; chef error ????. She gave me my bill, no money off in which I replied, "I would expect something offthe bill". She hesitantly took $3.00 off my bill. I get how busy it gets because I've been a server, but really??? I guess Iwould have offered a free drink or dessert at the very least, without the customer having to ask, when something nasty like thathappens. Read more

This is our go to local Prime Rib place for dinner on Saturdays. Nowadays, patience is your best friend. We have always found... the owner friendly and the staff also. This is not a fast food joint. It is a place to relax, take a step back, a deep breathand enjoy a good meal. Read more
We sat and ate at the bar with mediocre service! Our bartender seem more busy with some kind of paperwork then taking care of... us. I will say the prime rib was excellent, cooked just the way I like it, which is rare and our waitress was wonderful! If wehad better bar service I would have given a four-star!! Read more
Had a great meal tonight. Ordered my New York Strip medium rare and blackened Cajun style. It was cooked perfectly and... delicious. I ate at the bar, and my Bartender Jim made great Old Fashioneds! My waitress was Angie and she did a great jobtoo. I will definitely be back. Read more
Amazing experience and equally amazing steak!! We are up from Florida visiting because a friend is in Hospice. Since the moment... I called to reserve a table the service was awesome. Jenny (the owner) came over to our table to introduce herself as soon as wearrived. Sarah our waitress was kind, patient and very friendly. I ordered a New York strip rare and that?s exactly how itshowed up. Everyone else in our party was very happy with their orders. I, as an avid steak eater, highly recommend Suzy?s. Wewill definitely be coming back each time we are in Wisconsin. Thank you Jenny and Sarah for an amazing time and great food.
