The taste and quality of the food has definitely gone down hill. Out last visit we were shorted 2 major items on our order.... Sadly we live 10 miles away. The acting manager claimed new employees were the issue. In that case, shouldn't someone bechecking the orders for correct items? Read more
I do pickup orders. The place is not the same from a year ago. I think the food was way tastier back then. The last two times... they have forgotten something in my order. It's usually busy though. Sometimes the drive through can have a very long line. Read more
I loved taco bell of old ! Sad to see during covid times soooomuch of great food ,chicken soft tacos gone! Steak soft tacos... gone! So many specialty combos gone! If they don't make changes we'll end up at great no fast food excellent Mexicanrestaurants! Read more
The food is usually correct the first time. The employees where nice as always. They close at 11 the last time I went so get... there before that!!!!!!! Oh, and at the time of this posting I believe they are looking for help. I like my midnight tacos man.. . Please someone fill out an application so they can not have to close early!!!!!! Aaron (SP) the night shift mgr took our order and payment. The customer service I received was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST I've ever had... at any fast food restaurant anywhere. I was extremely impressed by him. He definitely sets a great example for the otheremployees. Unfortunately most places, especially restaurants and retail stores not only are short-handed but those they employaren't anywhere near the level of service like I received during this visit. Not the best customer service, bathroom was mess but that's to be expected from a TacoBell based off the good old T-Bell jokes... on what it does to your digestive system. Food was good though. Staff did not greet us and walked away from the register when wewalked up to the counter a little while later a older gentleman from the back saw us and asked if we had been helped and got uson our way with our order. Out side the building looks fantastic keep that up at least. Read more
