Looks like a great place. I wanted to eat here but I needed to charge my phone for a work call. I'm backpacking Wisconsin's Ice... Age Trail and needed to be able to do some work while I ate so I had to go across the street but the helpfulness and atmospherewere exactly what I would have liked and I'm sure the food would have matched it. Called for a take out order for my son. A lady answered the phone and I asked if I could get a take out order. Her response... was ?yeah I guess so? very rudely. I wanted to hang up the phone and not order from there but my son really wanted to try it. She continued to have an attitude and be rude though out the rest of the call. Perhaps you should give your employees a lessonon customer service. Read more
Just stopped at this bar at noon on a Friday to get food and drink on our way through Portage. There was one man working who was... extremely rude to my friend and I. There were no smiles or greetings upon entry. Was rude while asking for drinks as well. Weasked for food and he replied sure but it?s going to be awhile. A couple walked in after us and he had the same attitude andsaid it?s going to be awhile. That couple sat for 10 minutes without drinks. Mind you there was 7 people in the bar including myfriend and I. I asked him two times how long the food would be and he ignored me. It?s been a long time since I had such rudeunprofessional service.
