Thank you! to the cheerful and extra-helpful women at the front counter on this blazing hot afternoon. We'd been driving for a... long time when I left our dog in the car (with the windows wide open), made a washroom stop and ordered a Beyond Beefburger. When I mentioned him, they included a dog biscuit and some cool water. ???? Went to the car for a minute while my orderwas being prepared and imagine my surprise when the same sweet employee walked the bag right out to us! Seems they give you what ever they want ...not what you order. Ordered plain mama burger with extra crispy fries..,got a teen... burger with soggy fries. Second time ordered crispy fries still soggy and a bacon and eggs or a sesame bun..,got it on anEnglish muffin and it all fell apart so didnt eat most of it... we will not be back!, Read more
Very rude employee who said she has worked their for 3 years. 2 children ate and it came to over $30.00. Food was just thrown... in the bag, napkins thrown on top of food and were greasy. Horrible experience. Would never go back! Read more
If I could rate Negative I would... they had no stock so everything we ordered they were out of it... then when we order milk... shakes we get smoothies but are told they are milk shakes and only got half full ...my husband fell at out table was hurt hithis head on trash can hurt his back staff as well as everyone in restaurant no staff came to see if he was ok ..when I went toget a bag to bag his meal I told them what happened and how I felt it was very rude they couldn't even come see if he was ok..manager told me oh we didn't see .. they saw cuz I looked at them staring at him.. manager said nothing more but a oh ... The staff was very RUDE. My dad ordered a milk shake and got half a smoothie. My sister ordered a milk shake hers was also half... full. My brother in law ordered a milk shake and got a smoothie but his was half full. My dad questioned as to why it was halffull, the staff told him that was a regular amont at half full and questioned why he got a smoothie and not a milkshake, theytold him a smoothie and a milk shake are the same. My sister order her kids meals, she wanted the apples with the meals wasfirst told apples do not come with the meal, when she asked why it was on the menu she was told they only have 1 bag ofapples. My dad had asked for a side of mayo with his order, he noticed once he was sitting that they never gave it to him. Hewent to get up to ask for it and the chair tipped back causing him to fall backwards and he hit his on the garage can. The staffand other customers stopped to look when they heard the noise. NOT ONE staff came over to ask if he was okay. He ended upwalking out of the restaurant hurt. My mom went up to the counter get a bag and mayo and comment to the staff that he had fallenand was hurt, and it was pretty rude that nobody came to see if he was okay. The staffs reply was "Oh". Had a full plated breakfast and a coffee for $10. One of the best places to stop on the road. This location was exceptionally... friendly, and had the cleanest bathrooms I've seen in fast-food in a long time. Highly recommended. Read more
Had coupons, so the value was better than usual. Also it was free root beer day. The patties have sure gotten smaller over the... years though, and the actual burger looks nothing like the photos. The burger in the photos looks like a 1/4 lb burger at least,but in reality, it looks like a McDonald's patty, which is thinner than the soft drink lid! The franchise has switched to apaper straw, such is great for the environment, but didn't work as well for picking the birds of burger from your teeth as theplastic ones. It also feels a bit odd on the mouth, as it softens. Koodos to them fot the effort though. I don't eat out much,so not sure if others have done this..
