Subs were gross, after all the money we spent there
Ordered on the app with instructions asking for just lettuce and cucumber, sauce on the side and toasted bun. Sub was completely... wrong. Only thing right was the meat. No sauce at all not toasted, wrong cheese and bread, onions, tomatoes, and peppers on thesub. Were they stoned when they made this? Or do they just not know how to read? Read more
Everything was fine until I noticed they weren't spreading anything on the sandwich, just a pile of meat in one spot and putting... so much veggies in certain spots also, Like I understand that there is portion sizes for the meat but at least teach youremployees how to spread everything to the edges lol they need learn how to do the portions for the veggies also. If people wantmore they will say more. Otherwise everything else they did was pretty good. Read more
Gave me food poisoning when I got the spicy chicken, they didn?t cut my sandwich all the way through and he didn?t change his... gloves before or after making my sandwich he did EVERYTHING with the same gloves even poured soup. Read more
Quick service and made my sandwich perfectly. When I asked for a small amount of specific ingredients, I actually got the... amount I requested instead of it being overloaded or dripping with sauce. Clean and well stocked. Read more
My husband I were from out of town. We wanted a bite to eat before heading home. We were the 3rd customers in line. By the time... we were able to order the place had filled with customers right to the door. I placed my order, which was a sub on gluten freebread. The man asked me allergy or preference. I told him it was an allergy. As soon as I said allergy he said "oh no I can't dothat right now, you will need to wait and go back to the end of the line". My husband said forget it then we will just leave ifthat's the way you are here. I just said to him we already waited in line. He proceeded to say well we need to wipe everythingdown. I asked well how is it my fault that I have an allergy and stated we were there before everyone else behind us and now wewere supposed to get in line again. At that point he said ok ok I'll make it, his female co worker looked at me and said in akind voice "He will make, we will make it for you". My husband and I were definitely not going to stay after all of that, so wejust walked out. We went to the other subway in town and were treated very well by a nice young man. He washed everything downwithout complaint and proceeded to take make my gluten free sub. If you want good service go to Subway at 315 Saskatchewan Ave.and stay far away from this Subway! Not a good experience. Made me very hesitant to even go walk into the other Subway, in casewe would have the same treatment there. Thankfully, we didn't! Read more
I was new in town & I used to order here almost everyday. The experience was so bad, while I was their every-day-customer.
