Disgusting. Everything I asked for they didnt have and I had to repeat my order 4 times before they were even able to tell me... they didn't have it. I went today at Tim around 1:15PM I ordered cilantro lime veggie Bowl and i gave instruction that I don?t want tomato?s and... cucumbers. But when I went on window she gave me Wrap instead of bowl what i ordered , service was too slow I have 30 minutesbreak time at my job and she spent 10 to 15 minutes on my order. Service could have been faster. They were busy filling online orders while 5 of us stood in line waiting.

This location seems to get simple coffee orders wrong often in the evening. I got a xl triple triple with milk at the drive... thru, yet somehow ended with a steeped tea with milk but 0 sugar. This is the second time this has happened, the evening crew isnot on point for some reason. Cup is even label like a triple triple w/ milk, that?s the real kicker. I didn?t know until I washalfway back to Oakville. Just like the other time it happened. This is starting to get very annoying & frustrating. So I tried calling a bunch of times about this but no one has answered my call. I went there at lunch and ordered wedges. There... were 6 wedges in the container there is supposed to be more than that for almost 3$ no??!. Our coffee wasn't made right and mytea was cold. My last 3 visits, are my last! 1:Ask for doughnut, no doughnut at 7am, at a doughnut shop! 2:Order 3 sandwiches, drive away to... find only 2 sandwiches! Order coffee, and get French Vanilla! What is the matter with you people?? Read more
