Ordered from the mobile app and it took my money and wouldn't let me check in said to see a crew member. The manager insisted... they couldn't find my order while I was clearly showing her my mobile receipt and the transaction through my bank account andtold me I needed to order again. I ordered again and as soon as I pressed send the girl is standing at my car with my order andit charged me a second time. I had to get out and go back in and get a refund for the 2nd purchase I was told to make. Needlessto say, it took 44 minutes to get some Mcdoubles and McChickens when the whole point was to avoid getting out and I ended upgoing in twice and to top it off my food was cold and slopped together soppy wet like trying to eat water with my hands. Never even got to the food. They weren't taking orders at the register and the kiosk wouldn't accept payments. After standing at... the register for about 10 minutes, trying to pay for my order so it could actually be processed, with workers looking at me likethey were scared they might actually have to speak to someone I decided to leave. I drove another hour and a half hungry andupset. This isn't the first time or the first McDonalds this has happened at. FYI, McDonalds corporate... the drive through isnot more important than the customers in your lobby! Read more
Worst McDonald?s experience ever. Had the smallest medium fries ever. The buns were super dry on the fish sandwich. The iced... mocha tasted like dish soap. Should have gone to Sonic on the other side of the gas station instead. Shame. Read more
Greatful if I can get morning coffee and it be right one lady makes me smile bc it's normally great cup when she makes it but... those kids will give cold coffee that won't melt sugar If I want cold coffee I would order but I rather have mine hot and notdecafe Read more
The service is extremely slow. And the kids behind the counter are on phones and doing anything except helping the customers. ... Drive through is slow, but the lobby is almost non functional. Read more
This McDonald?s is the nicest and friendliest McDonald?s I?ve ever been to in my entire life. The employees were very sweet and... helpful. The employees even checked up on us every once in a while to refill our drinks for us and ask us about the food. Theyeven gave us free mints. Overall this is the best McDonald?s ever. Read more
