Ordered breakfast on the McDonald's App at 10:15 am, paid on the app, got there at 10:35 am, they wouldn't process my breakfast... order because it was past 10:30 am, if I'm ordering on the app, maybe make my food slightly ahead of 10:30 so it's ready to goand if I get there too late and my food is cold then it's on me. Ordered at there kiosk where the delivered food to your table. Which never happen. Expect to get back up to get your food. Also,... had to ask for my drink which they forgot to give. Read more
Went Tuesday evening and the wait time was 30 minutes at the drive thru. Husband ended up walking in to get our food. Only thing... that was fresh was the chicken nuggets. It was only 6:30 in the evening. For the amount of time everything should have beenfresh. Read more
Seems like when I go in the evening ir at night I get the worst customer service ever..too many rude kids working there that... dont have any manners or custimer skills i always come through the drive through and this is awful...Morning shift is always sonice and have very good customer service skills never have I got treated bad in the mornings ..but the evenings and nights areawful Read more

Horrible experience, they had a new guy, he was very nice and trying really hard, he needed help apologized and went and asked,... a young female came up rolled her eyes acted like it just ruined her day, I wish I would of got her name, I just know she hadpurple hair, it didn't work, she was on her way back to kitchen area he asked if she could get some else, shrugged her shouldersand said I don't want too, you go find him, you could tell he was embarrassed, apologized again and walked in the back, femalemanager came out, same attitude, no hello no nothing, mad that she had to help him, and to sum it all up, we had to ask 3 timesduring our 15 minute stay if we were going to get our iced coffee. One thing McDonald?s has going for it is the ability to have a consistent experience with it?s food across multiple locations.... The service, while it should be similar, can vary widely from place to place. This McDonald?s completely forgot/missed ourmobile order. When we went inside after waiting for what seemed like forever, they seemed just as perplexed as we were. Theemployees were kind, but offered little in the way of explanation. A new order was placed and delivered after a short wait.Looks like there is still some work to do here. Read more
