Food was awful. Got 2 corndogs that has been sitting under and heat lamp for so long that they where burned inside and out.... Ordered a large tarter tot and got a small that where old and dried out. Order from here all the time and this is the worst. Read more
11/1 - Never go here. If you do don't use your credit card at the stall. They have more than once charged my credit card and... then claimed they didn't and made me pay cash thus making me pay twice. Pretty good place to eat. They get kind of busy and it takes awhile to get your food some times. So I always use the app and... order before I get there. Also it is the kind of place you want to make sure you get the dipping sauces you want they hardlyever give you any with out you asking. Read more
I am not one to leave reviews but this is the 3rd time I?ve ordered from sonic and had awful service. I ordered on the app at... 8:43 and checked in at 8:45. I did not receive my order until 9:20. I had to call in to check on my order and the girl on thespeaker said ?we have your order right here, it?ll be right out?. We waited another 15 minutes before the food was brought out.It was cold, like it had been sitting there the whole time. I called back in and the girl over the speaker was rude about it.They brought out ?fresh? fries (I think it was the same fries that had been microwaved). The burger was not what I ordered andit the chicken sandwich was cold and hard. I am highly dissatisfied with this place. Management really needs to get it together. Read more
Employees are unable to explain why the app doesn't work at this store but seems to work just find at and in clovis. When asked... if they would honor the app was told that they would not as its app only and they are unsure of the issue with the app. Thisissue has been on going and has not been updated or fixed in over a week. Sonic used to be my favorite place to eat, but after what my daughter and I experienced it's by far the worst place to eat. My... green hatch chile burger was cold, the milk shake was watery, the whole meal was cold. And wr asked for marinara sauce when Iordered and I asked the girl if the sauce was inside the bag she said there was and my daughter checked and there was none. Read more
It is 10:40 pm right now as I am submitting this review. I arrived at 10:19 to the Sonic in Portales, NM. As you can see in my... screen shot they are supposed to close at 11 PM. I pushed the red button to order at 10:22. I waited patiently and there isn'tan answer on the speaker, then the lights go out and individuals (again as you can see in the picture are playing around atfountain. At least have the courtesy to let customers know that are waiting on the intercom to order that your closing earlybefore turning out lights. One of them walked in shortly after arriving in car., I don't think he was on the clock at the time.Also note in pictures, no masks are being worn, no social distancing respected. Obviously this place doesn't care aboutcustomers, commitment, or sanitary practice. I will not risk getting sick at a place with such low standards. Read more
Always order on the app and have never had a problem. Staff is friendly and the burgers are great!
