This was pretty disappointing. The drinks were lukewarm and there was no ice, my pepsi max tasted like cough syrup, the burrito... was a mess and also about the same temperature as the drinks were. The two stars are for the sides. The fries were good, aswere the baked potatoes. Won?t be returning to TB again I think. Read more
Probably the most accurate fast food restaurant in Portales. Plus the most polite over the drive-thru speaker and face-to-face.
The Gm is so cute. Great customer service and such great food!

This was one of the worst experiences I?ve had at a Taco Bell ever. Not only did they not have the large cup that I paid for... they actually tried to not give me anything for it. I had to tell them to give me something since they could not refund it..Then I get to eat my potato bowls and they are hard as rocks dried up crumbled old nasty potatoes! Food is always hot and ready. You're never stuck waiting for your food longer than 5 minutes. The only issue I had was during a... rush she forgot to put sauce in my bag, but I have plenty at home, so it didn't matter. The employees are always nice andfriendly. I'll often go there just because I know they're going to be in a good mood, which makes my day better. Read more
Food is good but found a hair a couple times in food don?t think they use hair nets
