Terrible. The first guy who took my order was asking me which bread was which. The second guy asked me three times what toppings... I wanted and ended up missing the olives, so I had to tell him for a fourth time. When he finished making my sub, he threwnapkins at me when I said I didn't need a bag because I was going to eat in the store. The seats and tables were filthy. Iguess it was kind of a good thing he threw like ten napkins at me because I ended up having to wipe the table and seat downmyself. They were greasy and there were pieces of meat, bread and vegetables on the tables and seats. I'm not sure if thepeople who were working are lazy or maybe they weren't trained properly or maybe they're just a**holes, but the service wastrash and the bread was stale. I've eaten at Subways all around the world and this one is by far THE worst. The worst service,the worst atmosphere and the worst food. Avoid at all costs. Read more

Definitely the worst subway I?ve been to. They didn?t have any bread except whole-wheat and potatoe? I was there so I said ok... and went with whole-wheat. As they made it they ran out of mayo and were too lazy to fill it. Then to top it off the bread wasstale and burnt. Go somewhere else. A sub from the gas station is better! Read more

Just wanted to say thank you for the awesome service we received from you store in Porter?s Lake. You were all very... professional and kind. The platter we ordered was so fresh and put together perfectly! The cookies were fresh out of the ovenand delicious. From Cameron who took my order to Teresa for taking a call at home to finalize my order and to the two younggentleman who waited on my Mom today thank you, you went above and beyond. If you have another option avoid this subway. I went in and made a purchase on the wall was a clear price of 8.99 for a large... wrap which I have attached a picture so you can see it. When I got the cash I was told I owed 12.06. When I asked why it wasso much they said it was because of tax. When I explained that it was too much it took them 3 minutes to work out that I wasbeing over charged and was then told that they had a price increase. I was not going to take out my frustrations on the younggirl working there as she was great and it is not her fault that leadership at this location throws her under the bus. I thenreached out to Subway directly and an email from Glen Macdonald (owner?) who tells me he let me down..... Yeah you let me down. You over charged me or you are too disorganized to adjust your pricing on the wall. I gave him the opportunity to make it rightand what does he do? No response in 5 days. I am reminded of a famous saying I hear a lot in the business world. "The fishrots at the head". It would appear this location is leaderless. Read more

Somethings not right here. The counter that the sandwiches are made on is filthy. Different toppings are mixed into each other?s... boxes and there?s crumbs and food all in the gaps. The person making the sandwiches just haphazardly dumps way too much sauce onthe sun. Also, teenaged kids who seem to know the staff are hanging around and throwing a football in the store while people aretrying to order. Hard to imagine a large chain would allow a franchise to be this run down but here you have it. Read more

Absolutely rundown, broken equipment, can't even keep inventory, wrong orders. Never again. Threw out half my sandwich.
