This gas station has the absolute worst gas pumps I've ever encountered in my entire life, because of the weird angle on the... nozzle no matter what vehicle I try to fill up at here, I always have issues with it filling up and without popping the toplike, it's full and it won't even put gas in my Mustang at all. No matter how I hold it and squeeze the trigger nothing comesout. The store itself and food is great, but the gas station would get 0 stars if I could do that. Read more

Subway guy likes to close and ignore customers, pilot people who identify themselves as managers wont go get him or let him know... people are waiting for him and were pretty rude and repeated over and over that hes on break. Ignores bell and phone. Last nightI finally saw who he is, he was out chatting with a girl as I got McDonald's then he finally opened the store. So do not gothere just for the supposed 24hr subway. This is like the 5th time it's been closed between 11p and 2am that I've stopped in. Ilove subway btw. Just not this one. Read more
Off of I79 north and 422, Pilot has station jointly shared with McDonalds and Subway. Pilot has a large selection of... confectionery. Washroom for the McDonalds and the Subway is at the Pilot. Gas pricing is the same as Buffalo, NY. Read more
Men's room: the stall doors have had broken locks for at LEAST 4 years. It started out with 1,now I know for a fact,as I'm there... right this minute,that at least 3 out of 4 don't lock. I have reported this to staff, probably 4 or 5 different times,and norepair has ever been made. Read more
