So today was an awful experience. Before I move forward the staff was nice and never rude to me in any way. Today I watched my... family eat while I waited for my food, I thought okay for a few minutes. NO, wife and kids finished eating before my food wasgonna be brought. I hate making a big deal till I see my food because I prefer minimal to no spit on my food. So when thewaiter showed up to bring my kids their soda after they ate half their food, I asked where my food was. They said "sorry thekitchen is behind" I gave it a few minutes, the total time from my family getting food to where I canceled my food was 24minutes. Again I hate making a big deal. I talked to the manager and he was helpful but it doesn't fix my issue, I had to gothrough Wendy's to get food after my family ate. One of the worst experiences ever. The manager gave me discounts and was verynice but I still left a restaurant hungry and just felt defeated. I have little want to go back but it's the only real sportsbar in town. I'm conflicted. So avoid it if possible. I can't even complain about the food because I never got served. Read more

Tywin was a great server . He did really well for his first day. The food was horrible though took long and was cold .
If I could give it a lower rating I would. Worst service we've experienced, waited 10 minutes after being seated and still no... one took our drink order. It was after the lunch crowd so we know it wasn't busy. We don't recommend eating there unless you'renot in a rush for service. Read more
My whole visit was awful from the start. Before being seated the hostess stated they were short on utensils for our table so 2... of us would have to " use our fingers" ( I get the joke but very unprofessional). The tables were still very dirty ( food on thebench, stains on the upholstery). When our drinks arrived, we were given the actual mixer the bartender uses to pour our owndrinks!? After waiting 15 mins, the bartenders have the audacity to give us empty glasses and pour my own drinks? We orderedappetizers to share and we still had not received additional utensils nor did we receive plates to share our appetizers with. Ohand the plates were dirty, of which we didn't see until after we finished eating. The food was below average. Also,I ordered asteak (medium) that was served to me on a hot plate so hot the butter melted and thoroughly cooked my steak into being welldone. My waitress was no where to be found during this service unless she was bringing food or giving me the check. Beingunder staffed isn't an excuse to provide sub par service or have halfa-- trained employees during dinner service. My kids and I visit Applebee's 2-3 times a month. We really enjoy the food and atmosphere. Last visit I had the Bourbon Chicken... and shrimp. My kids had the Fiesta Lime Chicken and the Four Cheese Mac and honey pepper chicken. Delicious! And our server wastop notch! Will visit again. Read more
