Absolutely disgusting walking into this store. Was walking around looking at the flavors when I stumbled upon daiquiri ice and... it had two spiders on it as well as mold. There's also multiple insects all over that store. Employees are extremely nice andwelcoming but the place is a hazard. Read more
Always friendly service and great Ice Cream. We went in for the monthly flavor Blueberry Muffin and they were all out and the... employee told us it went out quick. Management needs to do a better job of predicting what will sell. Otherwise a nice spot toenjoy a variety of flavors. Read more
This Baskin-Robbins did not honor the "Celebrate 31" today is 8/31/18. There was a hand written sign on the door it said, not... selling 1 scoop of ice cream for $1.50. The evening was busy with customers, but I'm sure they were expecting to have thespecial price on ice cream. We ordered and paid full price. A little disappointed. Read more

After Church.. decided to go grab a sweet treat- Baskin Robbins, Porterville (Save Mart Shopping Center) Greeted with a smile... and immediately acknowledged, even though they were currently serving a customer! Individual who waited on us was Alex- he wasfriendly.. never felt rushed and answered all questions about their new flavors with a smile! Definitely will be back. Storeis clean and customer service is on point! Before leaving we asked for the nice guy who waited on us- only to find out it wasALEX ?the Store Manager? which made our experience even more unique? he was very hands on, very helpful!
