BK usually gets my order correct. Once in a while they mess up but we're all human and make mistakes.

Got very excited about the new Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich they have on the menu. Unfortunately I've now ordered it twice and... both times I was horribly let down. They seem to have no ability to properly customize an order, even one as simple as "plain""just chicken, bacon and cheese on the bun". Instead both times I got only what I asked to be taken off the sandwich includingpickles which are not even an original ingredient! Check your order before you leave. Read more

Horrible service, they don't even deserve 1 star. I went through the drive thru and had to repeat my order 3 times. When I... arrived at the window I was asked to repeat the order again, and somehow they still managed to screw up my order, plus the foodwas cold. Read more

Wait time was over 30 minutes in drive thru. Drive thru employee looked like she hated her job, poor customer service. Ordered 2... BK Fish with tomato, was charged for tomato, no tomatoes, burned buns and 4 pieces of lettuce on each. And you could tell thegrease was old, fries tasted horrible. Read more

They ALWAYS overcook the jalapeno cheddar bites! Nothing like a $2 order to hollow dough! Then when you try to call them about... it, it just switches to an answering service that isn't set up. Very professional for such a large corporation. Read more
