I eat a Chipotle 3 to 4 times per week with my wife. We have had great experiences with food quality and service. My favorite... bowl includes the brisket that was introduced just a few months ago. Today I was told that the brisket is discontinued. I thinkthis is a mistake. It was very popular at our local restaurant. I went there for the first time and I did not become a fan of the restaurant. The meal options are small, I ordered a steak bowl... and had to pay extra just to get a nice size of food on my bowl. You are charged based on the type of meat you order but they donot properly measure the serving. So for example, you order two orders of steak which should be (8 oz) in the end you get lessthan 8oz of meat and still get charged for it. Read more

I love chipotle!!! I came 3 times a week for a salad for lunch. They are never prepared at opening time. Rarely have lettuce... chopped. The last two times I?ve went they don?t have vinaigrette for the salads. I won?t be wasting my time trying to eat hereanymore. The staff is nice but ignore you the first 3 minutes your there. This was my very first time ever eating at any of the Chipotle restaurants. A friend of mine treated me to lunch, and it was... delicious. The only bad thing about our experience was that when we went in and took a very long time before any of the staffgreeted us or asked us if we needed any help. Also, the ladies room was completely out of potty seat covers. It is very awkwardfor women to have to stand over a toilet seat because nowadays you don't know who's using it or what they have, and you don'twant to catch anything. I just ordered for the first time. Firstly the customer servics is exceptional. Every staff member I've encountered seems very... professional and friendly. That being said the food is not very good. I got my burrito and it was ice cold. Not luke warm roomtemp. But ice. The manager was amazing and made me a new one. The tortilla was hot this time but was very tough and hard tochew. Like rubber. I would say 5 stars if the food was of better quality for the price. Nice restaurant however because I wasn'ta fan of the food, I wont be coming back. It's just not for everyone I suppose. Read more
