We've went here once every few years and have had the same experience! Unfriendly hostess, bad waitresses and bad management. We... sat down to order right when we got there and multiple people that ordered after us got their food and left after an hour of usbeing there. And we hadn't even received our order. We never got our drink refilled! It ruined our whole night! I hope thatcorporate see this and fires the whole staff because they were all playing around in the kitchen, including the manager! We waited at least 20 minutes after our food was ordered for it to be brought to us cold. My husband went to the counter and... told a young women our food was cold she said she would let her know. We waited for another 5 min. And decided that enough wasenough. My husband started out the door and I went to the counter. The young women he spoke to immediately got rude and said hesaid to just warm it up. She then said I didn?t have to give her attitude, I hadn?t even said anything she then proceeded to geteven ruder. She then told me so your not going to pay for it, never once did she apologize for our food being cold she just saidwe have 5 minutes to serve u once the order comes up. She said again your not going to pay. I told her not now I?m not andwalked out. My order wasn?t even correct and I did eat the side salad which I would have been happy to pay for, but after hercomplete unprofessional manner, not a chance. She wasn?t even my server and she never told our server about our food being cold.I?m going to call and talk to the general manager in the morning. My husband and I eat there at least 3x a week and have neverbeen treated so terrible. Read more

The best Dennys I've been to. Only been to this location twice & on our 3rd visit, our waitress remembered what I wanted & what... my husband had to drink.
