At the drive through, if they mess up your order and forget to charge you for something, that becomes your problem. They won't... correct it. You'll be told to get back in line or come in to resolve it yourself. And to top it off, they gave the wrong drink. Read more

How hard is it no ketchup small drink? I very rarely go to get fast food but when I do it would be nice to get what I ask for. ... When I'm out and about I may stop for a drink I prefer a small anything else is a waste. I've had staff get rude when they tryand hand me a large and I tell them I asked for a small. Read more

If i have to put a zero star I would. I place an order on drive thru, bacon McDouble with no dice onion sub sliver slice onion... extra, small fry and small dr.pepper. On my receipt it didn?t say silver so I ask the employee(second window) her name isCrystal she had a gray collar shirt. She told me that the system has change and wouldn?t let them. I ask her all I want to knowis did I get the silver onions instead of the dice onion? She say whatever it says on the receipt then it?s that. She also saidthat there will be extra charge for it. I told her the person that takes order could of let the cooks know that the customerwants extra silver onion instead of the dice onions. What?s so hard about it? I wasn?t happy with her attitude so I requested arefund. The gentle man worker bring me back my meal and told me my debit card is in the bag. I refuse the meal and hand it backto him. I am not trying to get free loads. I want good customers service! What happen to the customer services here? I come hereall the time spend more then hundreds of dollar for my kids per month since the other McDonald?s is not near me. I am verydisappointed and sad of the situation I have experience today. The food is hot and fresh. They still need to improve upon their front counter. You don't get help unless you ask someone for... help. The took out their soda machine and they will refused to give you a refill! The crew person yelled at me and all that Idid was ask for a refill. The manager looked scared of the front counter person when he told him the same thing. Bad service andno refills on your soda! That's why I don't reccomend coming here! It is really disgusting to get a hamburger that isn't fully cooked or bacon that's not fully cooked either. I tried to get it... fixed just to get another one made the same way. To top it off the manager was mixing a McFlurry by hand instead of using themachine (putting his finger's slightly into the McFlurry mixture) & an underage employee was on her cell phone as she's baggingthe food & touching everything without once changing her glove's. They also no longer give refills at all & they didn't want togive out the kid's meals Halloween buckets (when asked why the lady said oops handed us the 2 buckets for the 2 kids meal butdidn't give a lid or handle for the buckes). Better management needs to be looked into! Read more

If I could give less I would. Worst customer service I've gotten here and I have had some bad ones. Ordered in the drive thru... proceeded to.be sent to one of their waiting areas. Left there for over 1/2 hour. Kept asking the person bringing out ordersto everyone who came after me. Asked an estimated time for my food no answer. Finally recieved food 1/2 hour later and orderwas wrong. Tried calling to ask if they had a 1/2 wait time on an item maybe they should tell a customer. But of course Icalled and no answer, shocker. A simple sorry that will be a while would at least give someone the choice to order somethingdifferent. Read more

Terrible customer service, went through drive thru sat there for 10 minutes. When nobody answered, I pulled up only to be told... by the rude cashier that it wasn?t her lane and she refused to take my order even though she didn?t have a customer. She wantedme to go back in line and wait again, I couldn?t believe it. Some guy came to the window, I don?t know he was, asked what theproblem was? Problem? I told him that I wanted to order, he told me next time this happens just wait for someone to take theorder. I guess I was expected to wait 10 minutes while there were no orders being taken. They seemed annoyed as the cashier hadthis mad face as if I wasn?t a paying customer. The lack of good customer service caused me to drive off since they weren?ttaking my order so I took my business elsewhere. These people are so rude and overpaid. These definitely don?t deserve a 1star. Read more
