I love how this place serves all you can eat buffet! I really love there salads. It is really fresh from what I have seen but... the only thing I have to complain about it the extra charge for ranch! Just raise the price and hand it out for free like itused to be. And what happened to the fresh green peas! You always say you ran out or something comes up and you don?t usuallyhave them. Other than that it is a good place to enjoy a great lunch for the right price! One other thing is STOP draining theliquid from the chiles, I take a small bite and use that as an extra dressing! Sorry just hate when I go there and you have todig through the chiles or get some that haven?t been poked. Other then my small complaints! You guys continue to do a greatjob!!!! Read more
Pizza combination was delicious the coors beer was a bit flat. Overall the service was fast and awesome.
Like totes delish. Went to the buffet and Pizza Factory does not disappoint!!
A couple of times, the pizzas were soggy in the middle and we got a pizza with tomatoes on top that were black. Last time there... were a few games that didn't work or didnt work right. We had a great party in the party room one time, though. Read more
I purchased the all-you-can-eat salad and was only allowed one tiny container of dressing that was not even sufficient for one... salad, let alone an all you can eat. There was a $1 charge if I wanted to buy another container. Is it truly an "all you caneat" salad if a key component of a salad is NOT "all you can eat"? Read more
Awesome sauce! Literally, the sauce is awesome. Tangy, plentiful and full of flavor. The crust is great as well. Pepperoni was... slightly crispy on the edges but curled up enough to be like little bowls of pepperoni grease. Just the way I like it. Read more
Pizza good but staff not personable! Went to front counter twice and made to feel I was annoying the front counter girl just for... adding drinks while we were eating. Also ordered a side dish for pizza and no one told us it was ready for pickup and had beensitting on the counter for over 15 minutes until we asked for it again and staffer stated it was just sitting there. Today, my boys and I visited The Pizza Factory in Porterville. We walked in and noticed almost all tables were taken by... customers and the phone ringing. We were helped right away. We ordered: A plate to the salad bar, mini pizzas, potatoe wedges,bread sticks and our order came to us hot and we enjoyed the delicious food. Yes, it was busy. The staff did a great job withthe busyness and assisting us. I give our visit and experience an A+. Great job everyone ???? ???? Read more
