POOR GUEST EXPERIENCE. Placed a call in order. Ordered a Large Pepperoni and added canned olives with two other pizzas. Upon my... discovery at work my pizza did not have the olives I had ordered. I called them back acknowledging their mistake and went aheadand replaced it for me. But upon receiving the replacement they told me they I was charged for just pepperoni and not with theadditional topping. My receipt does reflect that but when I was on the phone ordering and the cashier read back my order tovalidate and yes I did order olives, why is this my fault? I already spend it 61$ so please inform my as to why you find itnecessary to still try to correct me that it?s my fault that there is no olives when both the cashier and I validated thatthat?s what I ordered?
