Ever since my Texas BBQ road trip, I've been on a quest to find the best brisket this side of the Grand Canyon. I got the... brisket sandwich with a side of chili beans. The chili was good. Very hot with nice flavor. The brisket sandwich was decent. Iprefer my brisket to be heavy on the smoke. This was just cooked in an oven. It was tender and fell apart, which is a goodthing. I chose to not have cheese. I prefer the flavor of the meat. Read more
