Building was clean. Employees were friendly. Food was on par with what you'd expect from a McDonald's. The only problem I had... is, they aren't filtering the water for the soft drinks very good. My Coke Zero had a very "off" taste. Read more
Went one of your store and the service totally sucked. For you can't go inside to order and drive thru one lane blocked off and... the double cheese burger was cold. You company is slowly losing my choice to go too. Maybe if you raise to wages you might getsome help. So my rating is 2 which means poor to it sucked. Read more
Slowest mc Donald's ever. Waited over 10 minutes at speaker for someone to take our order. 4 sandwiches, 1 fry. Paid then... waited another 15 minutes to get food. And no they were not busy. Read more
Sausage was over cooked. Biscuit was hard and dry. That would have been just fine but the manager never smiled, took her time... waiting on everyone and bragged a loud as she could that she had another job and was quitting. Read more
Arrived at drive thru approximately 10am. 2cars at service mic and 4 waiting to pay. Line moved quickly, order taken without any... issues, pay window was the same and we collected our order which had everything we ordered correct. So, in 8 minutes we weredriving off with our food. Will Never be at this place again. The drive-through line sucked. Sat in line for 10 minutes or more had people come around me... and cut in line, not the first time. I have people come in off the back street and cut in line. Say something to the managerThey want to pass it on like it ain?t their problem. This is your standard new modern box chain McDonald?s. It?s everything you?ve come to expect and McDonald?s clean efficient... nice and new. If you?re in Portland Indiana looking for a place to eat breakfast if you don?t have a lot of choices but this isa good. All in all I got to give a five star thumbs up Read more
Well i sent feedback in on the same day, We used table service ordered food on line while we waited other customers came and... went a lot, I myself want hot french fries so I request no salt on mine everyone else ordered their food regular. 18 minutes 18not 5 not 10 but 18. On the app it ask for our table number there was no order number, it clearly stated skip waiting in lineorder on the app. Our food was no longer hot all the fries were really cold including mine at that point it those fries werehard and chewy rubbery and my drink was watered down I had to ask for another. I don't know what your table service means but tome it means you delivery my food to me just as if I was outside in a numbered spot. Read more
