Visiting from ???????? where we used to have an Applebee's close by, but it closed ????. After a day of shopping hubby and I... decided to eat here and split the appetizer platter. It was delicious, a little bit of everything, quesadillas and salsa/picowere really good! We waited about 10 minutes for a table but the food was good and came promptly and our waitress was great! Alot of the restaurants down there were short staffed so I hope folks are patient with them. Read more

My husbands food was cold. He got the Mac and cheese with chicken tenders. I got a burger with waffle fries. Got the burger... first and then the waffle fries after I was done eating my burger because ?they weren?t done cooking.? I got the waffle fries,they were rock hard. I nicely informed the waiter and he was like ?I?ll let the chefs know for future costumers.? Not like I wasexpecting him to take the &1.99$ off (that really doesn?t matter) but he didn?t even offer. Waited 5 minutes to be seated. No one anywhere to be seen, all out back and very few customers inside. Ordered ribs and fries... and came out basil cold and grisly. Drastic disappointing as this location before COVID was good to go. Will not return hereever. Read more
There only seems to be one young person who is usually behind the bar on weekdays, although I haven't seen him in awhile, who... isn't nodding off. Most of the staff is high as a kite. I love Applebees but I don't dare to eat here anymore. They've gotten mylast three orders wrong and the food doesn't taste the same anymore. Read more
Had to wait over 4 minutes to be seated in an empty place. Slow service. Didn't complete the whole order, asked for water,... Didn't get any, each item was brought out one by one...ex: coffee then 1 minute later milk, had to ask for a spoon to eat mysoup, wrong spoon had to wait. Coffee was cold. Staff shortage very obvious. Hostess was the waitress and bar tender. Food took a long time to arrive. Fries were just one... clump... Had to tear them apart to eat. Couldn't. Get a refill on drinks because our waitress was busy seating other customers. Read more
