The bowl i ordered for delivery was atrocious. I did not receive double meat. Did not receive any salsa. Got a half portion of... beans and about 10 scoops of white over cooked jello rice that was just that. No cilantro or lime just paid 31 $ for jello rice.The people who work here are pos's and really hate their jobs. Do not order delivery! I paid 31$ for a bowl of rice and even therice was wrong its supposed to be mixed with cilantro lime and salt. So do yourself a favor and stay far away. Read more
I used to come here all of the time pre-COVID, but lately every single time I come they are out of something I want, and they... don?t even bother to tell you until your bowl is already made, or they?re not open. I?ve waited almost an hour for a mobileorder in the past, and wasted so much money over the past 2 years trying to get the Chipotle I used to love. Short staffing isno longer a good excuse. Management needs to get their act together. Chipotle now has a local (and possibly more widespread)reputation for horrible service. It?s a shame to see a place whose food I really like when done right go so far downhill. Iwouldn?t recommend Chipotle unless you?re looking to be disappointed. Read more
Said they open at 10:45. Employees were not ready until 10:55. After letting us in another employee strolled in at 10:57. Not a... big deal, but they need more staff at this location to be able to open on time. This is our second time here and we are alwaysunimpressed with how the place is run. Pay employees more! This hurts to write but this Chipotle isn't great. Mobile ordering is always off, when going into the store they are always out... of stuff and severely understaffed. I've ate at Chipotle all over the country and this is easily the worst one. I hope they canturn it around but I will be avoiding for the foreseeable future. Read more
This Chipotle and every Chipotle in the Portland, Maine area is a mess. Understaffed and too busy. Give them 20 extra minutes... (at least) if you order online (if you even can). Then expect to be just generally inconvenienced. Maybe there won?t be anyforks, or the ice is out, or the ice is out and the soda is warm for some reason (like today). If they can?t do the littlethings out front, makes you wonder what they are not doing in the back (maybe best not to think about it). Read more
I love Chipotle but this place was not the Chipotle way. Place was trashed, back and front of house. They were out of everything... at 6pm. Employees looked miserable and were not friendly. Long wait, no hustle or genuine care. Soda machine was broken. WorstChipotle I've ever been to. The owner needs to do something!!!! Read more
I have never experienced such horrible service in my life. Waited over 40 minutes for my online order (still wasn?t ready by... that time). 4 goons behind the counter completely messing around. The place was a mess. They had NO food prepared. There were 15people ahead of me waiting. One of the idiots working was munching on chips meanwhile they told one of the customers they wereall out. After taking 20 minutes from the time they started taking my order, leaving, coming back, leaving, coming back we finally got... down to the register and they managed to lose my husbands meal. When we said our bowl was missing they looked at us, said "ok,well I don't know where it is" and proceeded to try and charge us for it anyway. Didnt offer to remake it. Very odd. Verydisorganized.
