They only do drive-thru or mobile app pickup so I cannot walk over there with money and buy a coffee.

Relatively quick service, open hours are 6-6 or somthing reduced due to limited staffing. Can't really fault them for that. ... Least they're open. Read more

This place sucks!! I'm a dd perks member. Got emailed of get a free coffee with ANY purchase to celebrate national coffee day.... Today my husband and I order an xlarge and med coffee. As we're ordering we hear a voice yell out.." only if you order twomediums". At the window we tell her..the manager.. that ad says free medium coffee with any purchase. We are paying for anxlarge. She insisted it had to be another medium. I offered to buy food and was told again you have to buy a medium coffee toget the free one. Lady..you are going to lose money on your warped thinking!!. When we asked her to show us where it states that a medium must be purchased to get the free one she just gave us our coffees and facetious stated " have a beautiful day "..andshe's running the place..what a joke!!! Lobby closed, and they refused me walking through the drive thru. You don't refuse service in this economy. Corporate will be... notified. Read more

I walked there and couldn't get service because the store was closed so you had to use drive thru. I went to the Starbucks... across the street instead. Read more

I've been going to this location for the four years I've lived here, and it's been consistently wonderful. I can always trust... that what I'll get is flavorful and well made, but most important CORRECTLY made! I can always be confident that no matter whattime or day I go, I'll get consistent quality. Moreover, even with the many changes in people, menu, and the building itself,it's remained a positive and high quality environment and a staple for me in times of caffeinated need. I know a lot of peopletalk down on Dunkins food options, but honestly I like them! It's not greasy and you get what you see. I feel their food has waymore flavour than Starbucks, which is bland and overpriced. As for the people, over the four years I've gone there, no matterwhos been working ice always received quality care. There's never been an incident that stood out to me or a thing worth noting.I AM a more patient man as I've worked retail forever so I understand how stressful and difficult these jobs are and that peoplewho demand they be waited on hand and foot and be put first do no good, and only make everyone suffer. You have to rememberespecially, these people also have a drive through to run, and food to make. So if you ever think they're "not doing enough" or"lollygagging", consider: have you ever worked this job? 9 times out of ten, a job that YOU may think is beneath you/super easy,is actually incredibly demanding. This Dunkin location has always been dedicated to quality care for its guests, in my opinion, and has done nothing but continue to flourish in that respect. I always feel better after stopping by, and it helps that it's ina super convenient spot too. Read more

Worst experience at a Dunkin I have ever had. Everyone working at this location is related. The ?shift leader? has 0 experience... but got the job because his baby mama is the manager. The hiring and scheduling done here is grossly unethical. I quit becausethey kept scheduling me outside of my availability and now kick me out every time I go to get a coffee. Someone actually caughtthe shift leader smoking crack by the dumpster? but I can?t get coffee because I don?t condone that? They have also madeinappropriate racial comments while I was working but there?s no HR to report to. Read more
